I went to Mardi Gras with Nora Vasconcellos

Visiting New Orleans

Talk about unexpected surprises. A few weeks ago Jessie Van and Adidas Skateboarding asked me if I was interested in photographing Nora and Kevin White on a trip to New Orleans, it was a no-brainer for me to join them along with the Jenkem crew on this adventure.

For this trip, Nora had an activation with Humidity Skateshop and Mardi Gras where she wore a custom outfit designed by Amber Dianda. The idea was for Nora to wear an outfit inspired by the characters she draws and celebrate Mardi Grass.

The outfit was displayed at the front of the shop along with Nora's new shoes, where we had an amazing time hanging out with the locals and followed the weekend by spending some time at the parades.
